Our client in beautiful Nicholasville, KY is looking to hire a Live-in Domestic Couple (separate living in the guest home) to work Monday – Friday. The main residence is 15,000 square feet.
The main responsibilities include:
* Full housekeeping of the main home and 2 guest homes on the property
* Groundskeeping including lawn care, landscaping, pool care, snow removal and leaf clean up/removal
* Vehicle maintenance
* Pet care for the dog when the Principles travel
* Cooking a few times a week
* Driving and running errands

Position Responsibilities
- Housekeeping: Full Housekeeping Required
- Property Maintenance: Outside property maintenance including lawn care, outside maintenance, leaf and snow removal etc.
- Cars: Vehicle maintenance
- Cooking: Plain Cooking Required a few night a week
- Laundry: Family Laundry
- Ironing: Yes
- Errands: 2/3 times a wk Grocery Shopping
- Driving: Required
- Travel: No Travel Required
Position Requirements
- Work Days/Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm
- Experience: 8+ Years of Experience
- References: Minimum of 2 References

Position Compensation
- Salary: $175,000 – $200,000
- Living Accommodations: Live in the guest home on the property
- Vacation: Yes (4 weeks)
- Health Insurance: Stipend towards your own plan
