Family of four in Brooklyn, New York seeks a full-time, full charge housekeeper to join their
dynamic team. Must have professional experience working as a housekeeper in a home with high end finishes and a variety of surfaces . This household is all organic and only uses organic cleaning solutions. Must be kid-friendly and kind.
Ideal candidates will have a great attitude, be an experienced cleaner, a great organizer, an excellent laundress, and take great pride in their work. The family needs someone to help make their home run smoothly.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
· Responsible for performing all daily housekeeping duties on a regular schedule to
ensure the cleanliness and organization throughout the home.
· Responsible for proper care of stone, tile, wood, upholstery, leather, silver, and
other materials throughout the home.
· In charge of laundry related tasks including proper laundering, stain removal,
identifying repairs, as well as managing dry cleaning. Must be experienced and diligent about proper fabric care.
· Maintain household cleaning supplies, toiletries and back stock, communicating the
need for replenishment in a timely manner.
· Grocery shopping and stocking both kitchens.
Requirements:
· Must be fluent in English and be an effective communicator
· Excellent references required
Job Type: Live Out Full Time
Days per Week: 5 Monday-Friday 8-4 or 9-5 (flexible) 40 hours guaranteed
Salary Offered: $35- $40 Per Hour
Vacation- 2 weeks
Sick Time- 5 days
Holidays- Federal holidays off and paid
Health Insurance Stipend- $500 per month
