Job Title: Executive Assistant needed in Britt, Minnesota
Job Type: Full-Time- 40 hours a week.

- Work Hours: – Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM (Can move around hours depending on candidates’ interest with certain roles.)

Position Compensation
- Salary: $30-$40/hour+ Depending on experience.

- Additional Benefits: This is a unique role. They can offer live in (either a private room and bathroom in the home, or in the mother-in-law suite on their property. They are also very open to relocating someone for the role and will offer a relocation package.

Job Description:
As an Executive Assistant, you will be supporting a key executive in managing various tasks and responsibilities while helping drive the company’s success. They’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and eager to take on new challenges. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter who isn’t afraid to take initiative, solve problems, and collaborate with the team. A background in finance is a bonus, but not required. Someone who can manage the business side and occasionally step into the client’s personal life and assist there when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the client, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Organize and prioritize tasks, emails, and communications efficiently.
- Manage appointments, travel arrangements, and calendar schedules.
- Take initiative in managing resources, ensuring that the client has what they need to succeed.
- Reach out and establish professional connections with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders as necessary.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Act as a liaison between the client and other team members
- Solve problems by coming up with actionable solutions to challenges and presenting them to the client for discussion.
- Learn new tools and strategies to improve personal efficiency and company operations.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering quality work, even under pressure.
- Assist with Family Assistant tasks when needed: Manage family calendar, maintain a stocked home, pick-ups/drop offs if needed, basic meal prep so wife can cook meals.
Qualifications:
- A background in finance is a bonus but not a requirement.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take on new tasks.
- Able to take ownership of tasks and projects, offering solutions to problems when they arise.
