Full-Time Live-In or Live-Out Nanny – Columbia, MO
A loving and hands-on family in Columbia, MO, is seeking an experienced and nurturing nanny specializing in newborn care to join them long-term. The family currently has a 7-year-old daughter (who does not require care) and recently welcomed a newborn baby girl, with another baby boy due in May.
Position Details:
- Location: Columbia, MO (open to relocation candidates)
- Schedule: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM, break, return at 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM
- Live-In or Live-Out: Both options available
- Live-in accommodations: Private apartment above a detached garage with a full bath and kitchenette
- Travel: The nanny must be comfortable traveling with the family to Florida 1-2 times per year
- Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000 per year
- Benefits: Health insurance and additional benefits provided through the family's company
- Car: A vehicle will be available for the nanny's use
Responsibilities:
- Newborn care: Bottle feeding, sleep training, and implementing developmental activities
- Following “Moms on Call” sleep schedule and parenting methods as preferred by the parents
- Assisting with establishing routines and easing transitions as the newborns grow
- General child-related household tasks, including baby laundry, bottle sanitization, and keeping nursery spaces organized
- Accompanying the family on domestic travel
- Supporting a structured and loving home environment in partnership with hands-on parents
