Key Responsibilities:
๐งผ Full housekeeping – maintaining a 10,000 sq. ft. home (cleaning, organizing, laundry, inventory management)
๐ฝ Simple family-style dinner preparation – following a planned menu (no meal planning required), executing pre-selected recipes provided by the family
๐ฆ Managing household deliveries – unpacking packages and organizing them properly
๐ Following household systems – label expiration dates on food, follow laundry protocols, and maintain order as outlined in the handbook
๐ Occasional school pickups and driving to activities – for older children (ages 10, 12, 15) at a nearby school and activities (can available for use)
๐พ Minimal pet care for their friendly, hypoallergenic Goldendoodle (i.e. meeting the groomer to take for grooming)
๐ฒ Tech-savvy preferred – Must be comfortable communicating with the Estate Manager & Principal – respond to texts and emails throughout the day for updates and instructions
