Position: Housekeeper
Location: Arlington, VA
Position Compensation
- Salary: $25 -$28/ after taxes
- Living Accommodations: Live In or Live Out
- Vacation: 2 weeks PTO, 6 major holidays paid off
We are seeking an organized and responsible individual to join a family located in Arlington, VA, as a Housekeeper. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our daily household activities, particularly focusing on household duties and helping with children when needed. The primary responsibilities include daily housekeeping, grocery shopping, laundry, and meal prep.
The position can be live in or live out.

Position Responsibilities
Housekeeping:

- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized living space.
- Coordinate with the bi-weekly cleaner for heavy cleaning tasks.
- Tidy up and organize rooms, common areas, and baby-related items.
- Laundry

Errands and Shopping:
- Run errands, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, returns, and mail collection.
- Pick up dry cleaning and handle various household-related tasks.

Meal Preparation:
- Prepare healthy and basic meals for the family. Very basic meals.

Additional Tasks:
Help with any other tasks that contribute to the smooth running of the household.
Position Requirements
- Work Hours: Flexible ( 40 – 45 hrs/week)
- Monday – Friday, Saturday half day.
- Languages: English, Spanish is a big plus
- Experience: 5 Years of Experience
- References: Minimum of 2 References
- Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
- Driving required, car will be provided
