The ideal candidate is a resourceful, confident, and discreet professional who thrives in dynamic, high-performance environments. Real estate experience is not required—operational excellence, agility, and discretion are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Personal Calendar Management:
Coordinate personal, family, and lifestyle appointments in alignment with the CEO’s professional schedule. -
Lifestyle Logistics:
Handle personal errands, reservations, wardrobe coordination, personal shopping, gifting, and private event planning. -
Travel Coordination:
Arrange and adjust domestic and international travel—including private aviation, luxury accommodations, and ground transportation—for the CEO and their family. -
Family Support:
Coordinate with household staff and family members to support scheduling, daily logistics (e.g., school pickups), and overall household flow. -
On-Site Support:
Be physically present for key events, meetings, travel logistics, or when otherwise needed at home or the office. -
Vendor Management:
Liaise with chefs, personal trainers, stylists, medical professionals, and service vendors to ensure high-quality personal service. -
Administrative Tasks:
Manage personal expenses, process invoices, organize sensitive documents, and oversee mail and correspondence. -
Event Coordination:
Assist with planning and executing private dinners, brand-aligned gatherings, family celebrations, and vacation logistics. -
Wardrobe & Presentation Prep:
Ensure outfits are selected and ready in advance for daily appearances, media shoots, or travel.

Experience:
Minimum 3 years supporting a high-profile individual, executive, or ultra-high-net-worth family in a similar role. -
