Full-Time Nanny/Family Assistant – Bethesda, MD
Location: Bethesda, MD
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (52 hours per week)
Compensation: $30–$35/hour (paid on the books via payroll) Overtime paid for hours over 40/week
Start Date: Flexible for the right candidate

About the Family:
A professional and warm South Asian family in Bethesda is looking for a dedicated Nanny/Family Assistant to support their household and care for their two energetic and kind boys, ages 9 and 7. Both parents have full-time, demanding careers and travel occasionally for their jobs. They are looking for someone who can grow with them for many years to come.
Primary Responsibilities
Childcare (Afternoon Focus):

Pick up children from two different schools

Drive to after-school activities (basketball, tennis, swimming)

Help with baths and oversee evening routine

Prepare simple, healthy dinners 3–4 nights per week

Engage in screen-free, playful, and structured activities
Household Support (While Kids Are in School):

Grocery shopping and running errands

Family laundry: wash, fold, and put away

Light family meal prep and cooking

Household organization and maintenance

Handle returns and schedule-based tasks

Keep track of school events, appointments, and family calendar

Oversee the home and routines while parents are traveling
