An ultra-high net worth family in Atherton is seeking a Norland-trained nanny or private educator to support their 18-month-old child. Education and developmental stimulation are top priorities for this casual yet intentional household. The ideal candidate will be warm, highly engaging, and capable of implementing age-appropriate structure and educational activities, while also being flexible and collaborative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the family on daily care and routines
- Create and implement engaging, educational activities
- Travel extensively (domestic & international; approx. 60% of the time) via private jet
- Support daily structure in a loving, stimulating environment
- Handle all duties related to the child’s well-being, growth, and development
- Comfortable in and around the water.
Ideal Candidate:
- Norland-trained or private educator background
- Comfortable in a staffed, high-profile home
- Calm, professional, and emotionally mature
- Comfortable with live-out setup (local to Bay Area or willing to relocate)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have a valid passport.
