A well-established, high-end restaurant is seeking a skilled Executive Chef to oversee all aspects of kitchen operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Directing all culinary operations, including menu planning, execution, and quality control.
  • Managing kitchen staff development, scheduling, and performance.

  • Overseeing inventory, vendor relations, and purchasing.
  • Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborating with ownership and management to achieve operational goals.
