A well-established, high-end restaurant is seeking a skilled Executive Chef to oversee all aspects of kitchen operations. Responsibilities include:
- Directing all culinary operations, including menu planning, execution, and quality control.
- Managing kitchen staff development, scheduling, and performance.
- Maintaining consistency, efficiency, and food cost management.
- Overseeing inventory, vendor relations, and purchasing.
- Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborating with ownership and management to achieve operational goals.

- Proven experience leading a high-volume, upscale kitchen.
