Compensation: $57,200 – $62,400 annually

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who can lead with purpose, inspire the front of house team, and deliver a seamless dining experience from casual lunches to elegant dinners. Key Responsibilities

Oversee front of house operations ensuring exceptional service across all dayparts

Train, coach, and develop team members to anticipate and exceed guest expectations

Partner with the General Manager to achieve revenue goals, manage labor and food costs, and uphold brand standards

Maintain a positive, high performance culture that emphasizes teamwork, recognition, and accountability

Address guest concerns promptly and professionally turning feedback into loyalty

Manage staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage to optimize service and efficiency

Assist with special events, private dining, and seasonal service changes unique to our beachside setting
Qualifications

Proven experience in a restaurant leadership role with strong front of house operational knowledge

Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Ability to lead in the moment, solve problems quickly, and maintain composure during peak service

Passion for hospitality and a commitment to consistent, high quality guest experiences

Strong business acumen including labor management, cost control, and strategic planning
