Job Title: Live-In Domestic Couple

Position Overview:
A warm, welcoming, and active family in Southwest Ranches, FL is seeking a professional live-on-property domestic couple to provide comprehensive household and property support. The ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and personable, committed to maintaining a high standard of care both inside and outside the home. The couple will have separate private housing on the property, ensuring comfort and privacy. This is a long-term opportunity with a family known for treating staff fairly and like part of the household.
Responsibilities – Female Role:
- Perform full housekeeping duties, including deep, high-end cleaning of all areas of the home.
- Manage laundry for the family, ensuring proper care of all garments and linens.
- Organize the home efficiently, maintaining order in all living spaces.
- Provide school transportation for children as needed.
- Assist with meal preparation and cook family dinners a few times per week as requested.
- Set the table and assist with dining arrangements for family meals.
Responsibilities – Male Role:
- Maintain the exterior of the property, ensuring all outdoor areas are clean, orderly, and well-kept.
- Clean and care for pool furniture and ensure outdoor amenities are in good condition.
- Blow leaves and ensure walkways, steps, and entrances are clear and safe daily.
- Coordinate with the weekly landscaper and oversee the upkeep of lawns and gardens.
- Provide driving support for family errands, including airport transportation as needed.
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed for family activities or special occasions.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $200,000 per year
