Wonderful & Busy Family is looking to hire a HOUSEKEEPER/NANNY in BETHESDA, MD ASAP!
The Ideal Candidate: Looking for a Housekeeper/Nanny for 2 children ages 3 and 5 yrs old.
In the mornings the Candidate will have Housekeeper/House manager duties: Deep cleaning the house, organizing shelves, closets, pantry, take out trash, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, family laundry, cook meals for kids , meal prep for adults as in chopping vegetables, etc, dry cleaning, put away all laundered clothes, declutter every 15 days.
Both Children will be in school till 2 pm.
Nanny duties: Picking up children after school, creative play, bath for kids after getting back from school, drive to activities, prepare meals and snacks for kids, laundry, tidy.
What Works Best for Family: Highly organized, efficient, energetic and adaptable. Fast in their work . Open to taking instructions and constructive criticism and changing work as needed . Very loving and kind with the children, but also teach them values the right way. No phone time around kids. Need to be very attentive and present when with kids .
Requested Duration: 5 + years, Looking for long term and can grow with the family

Position Compensation
- Salary: $28 to start PLUS Annual Bonus & Annual Salary increases
- Living Accommodations: Live Out
- Vacation: 2 weeks PTO
