Family in Greenwich, CT is looking for a full time Handyman who can rotate between their 4 properties.
The ideal candidate is someone with exceptional carpentry skills, who can build, fix drywall, make major and minor repairs, complete various projects at the different residences. If they are unable to fix something then find the appropriate person to do the work.
Must have significant prior experience in painting, drywall repair, basic plumbing and electrical, carpentry, tile work, etc.
What works best is someone who is flexible to travel at a moment's notice. The candidate will be based out of Greenwich but must be available to travel to their other properties in New York and in Florida.
Must have a strong work ethic, ability to work independently, resourceful, and reliable.
Salary is $90k + DOE
