Private family looking to hire a helpful and proactive Temporary Weekend Houseman for their Deal, NJ residence. This position is to start ASAP and go through Labor Day Weekend at their waterfront residence.
The Ideal Candidate: Someone polished, professional and kneen to bartending, serving guests, setting out loungers, experience on beachfront properties is a plus
Requested Duration: ASAP to Labor Day Weekend
Position Responsibilities
- Cleaning exterior of windows/doors
- Fuel vehicles
- Power wash 1x per week
- Inspect gates, spot clean as needed
- Check bike tires 1x per week & pump if needed
- Check umbrellas and spot clean as needed
- Wipe lounge cushions & secure to loungers
- Inspect basketball court and make sure balls are stored property and remove trash
- Wipe and inspect swing set as needed
- Remove trash
- As requested, set out loungers at the beach
- Uncover pool furniture, set out towels as needed
- Big plus if you can BBQ or use a Pizza Oven
Position Requirements
- Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Languages: Spanish Speaking is a plus but not required
- Experience: 03 Years of Experience
- References: Minimum of 2 References
- Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
Position Compensation
- Salary: $300/Day ($900 per weekend)
