Position: Family Estate manager/Personal Assistant needed in Columbus, OH!

Work Days: M-F 8AM-5PM

Salary: $80,000- $120,000/yr+, Depending on Experience 

Additional Benefits: Health Insurance, 2 weeks PTO. Will offer relocation assistance if needed as well as housing.

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will serve as a estate manager for their 2 properties as well as a Personal Assistant, responsible for overseeing and coordinating various tasks to maintain an organized and efficient household. This role involves scheduling, household chores, administrative support, and assisting with various daily activities. The candidate should be based in Columbus, OH or surrounding suburbs, and be willing to travel with the family for extended periods. Travel to Florida from Jan-May is required. You will be provided your own apartment/housing and rental car while living in Florida. A candidate who is highly coachable, positive, solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator will do well in this role. Initiative, reliability, and strong follow-through are important qualities the client seeks. 

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and oversee all household projects to maintain organization and efficiency.
  • Complete various household chores, including cleaning, laundry, meal prep, and more as needed.
  • Manage appliance maintenance and cleaning schedules.
  • Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Schedule transportation and manage travel arrangements.
  • Assist with packing, travel organization, and outfit planning.
  • Care for the family dog, including grooming appointments and house/dog sitting as needed.
  • Plan and organize social events and manage corresponding budgets.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Inventory clothing needs and coordinate with a tailor.
  • Complete special projects, research, presentations, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Proactively anticipate the family's needs and provide exceptional administrative support.
  • Results-driven with a proactive attitude.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Positive, solution-oriented, and able to think creatively.
  • Willing to receive and implement feedback.
