Private family looking to hire a Household Manager in McLean, Virginia.
The Ideal Candidate: Manage house including light daily housekeeping, laundry, errands (groceries, cook dinners, post office, car inspections) school pickups and after school driving as needed for 11 year old girl and 15 year old boy until 4/2026 when he gets his license. Must like dogs (we have 3) and horses – mom and daughter are equestrians and applicant should be willing to drive daughter to lessons.
What Works Best for Family: Self motivated, professional, attention to detail – someone who does not need to be micromanaged and told every little thing to do, but who can instead be interested. This person needs experience manage a home and supporting families
Requested Duration: As long as possible – most of our staff are 5 yrs+

Position Responsibilities
- Housekeeping: Shared Housekeeping Required

- Work Hours: Monday-Friday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM- flexible- would like 12:00PM-8:00PM

Position Compensation
