Busy Berwyn, PA is family is looking to hire an Experienced Patient Hard Working Compassionate Caregiver to help with their almost 17 year old autistic daughter when she is not in school daily. Their daughter is social and interactive and mainly presents herself with intellectual disabilities. Whether picking up their daughter from school or pitching in around the house, the pleasant & upbeat teen-companion will be flexible & have a go with the flow attitude, always willing to help with the little details of life, prioritizing safety while mainly taking a back seat, and always lending an extra set of eyes.
The candidate MUST be Flexible to work alternating days/ schedules with their existing Companion/Special Needs Teen Caregiver so that the family is guaranteed to have full coverage daily.
Requested Duration: at least one year, maybe long term.

Position Responsibilities
- Teen care: Mainly responsible for almost 17 year old (G). In school daily 9am -4pm. Interact also with High School Senior (B) also living at home.
- Housekeeping: Light tidying, shared Housekeeping
- Cooking: Teen Meals Only
- Laundry: Teen Laundry
- Errands: Dry Cleaners; Post Office, Etc.
- Driving: Required, school pickup, activities
- Domestic Travel Required, 2x month
Position Requirements
- Work Hours: MUST be flexible, Guaranteed 40 hrs weekly. MWF 3-6 T TH (Sat Sun 2 weekends month)
- Years of Experience
- Minimum of 3 References
- Background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
Position Compensation
- Salary: $80-83K annually + , potential for health insurance or stipend if needed.
