Private Family Looking to Hire a Part-Time Puppy Sitter in New York, NY
The Ideal Candidate: Someone who loves animals and has experience caring for a new puppy. Take him for walks, to the dog park, and play with him at home. It is important that you reenforce his training, feed him and put him down for naps. I’d also like someone who can take him to the vet or grooming appointments. While the puppy is the main priority, someone who can assist with errands, light cleaning and perhaps meal preparation for me would be welcome during the down time. I’d also like someone who would be able to stay late or come on the weekends/overnight occasionally.
What Works Best for Family: Someone who loves dogs is the number one priority. Patience is a must since he is a puppy. Someone who is flexible with hours would be preferred as the schedule may change week to week (understanding a minimum number of hours will be guaranteed).
Requested Duration: TBD, 6 months minimum
About the Family
No other adults or children will be home during working hours. Their puppy will be top priority.
