Job Title: House Manager and Driver
Location: Main Line, Philadelphia
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced House Manager and Driver to manage the daily operations and maintenance of a private residence on the Main Line of Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the property is well-maintained, secure, and runs smoothly. This role requires a detail-oriented, team-oriented individual with the ability to work collaboratively with others while managing various vendors and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:

Property Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and services are delivered efficiently.
- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring high standards of service and adherence to contracts.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a secure environment for the principal and property.

Preventative Maintenance:
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to promptly identify and address maintenance needs.
- Oversee maintenance and repair work to ensure high standards are met, aligned with the principal's preferences.
- Collaborate closely with the principal to ensure objectives and priorities are consistently met.

Driving Services:
- Provide driving services for the principal as needed, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism while assisting with transportation needs.

Vehicle Maintenance:
- Hand wash all vehicles regularly and ensure they are serviced and maintained in top condition.
- Manage vehicle registrations, inspections, and renewals to ensure all are up to date.

Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Run errands for the principal as required.
- Handle basic property upkeep, including changing light bulbs, power washing, and keeping patios and decks clean.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property or household management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well with others.
- Experience managing vendors and contractors.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of preventative property maintenance and general household repairs.
- Ability to be proactive, reliable, and maintain discretion.
Schedule: 3 days/week or flexible for someone looking for Full Time as well.
Compensation: $80,000/year (For a full time candidate), negotiable for PT.
