A warm, private family is seeking a Spanish-speaking Rotational Nanny to care for their three young children—an energetic 5-year-old and affectionate 2-year-old twins. The family is located in the West Village, NYC, and they have a second home in Long Island.
This is a long-term opportunity for a professional who brings extensive experience, childcare expertise, and a genuine love for children. The family is bilingual and places strong cultural value on Spanish language immersion and Latin American family traditions, so a nanny who shares that background or understands those values is highly appreciated.
What the Family is Looking For:

10+ years of professional nanny experience, with long-term roles and excellent references, or 5+ years working in a similar role with a single family

Prior rotational schedule experience (7 days on/off) is preferred

Knowledgeable about early childhood development and confident in planning daily routines, enriching activities, and supporting developmental milestones

Schedule Details:

24/7 coverage during your 7 working days, with downtime provided while children nap or sleep (approximately 6:30/7am – 7:30/8pm)

Weekly handover every Tuesday evening with the co-nanny for a smooth and consistent transition

Fully staffed home including a chef, housekeeper, weekend nanny and co-nanny

Responsibilities Include:

Full care of the children during your rotation
