Creative, fun, high-energy company in Rockville, MD seeks an experienced, hands-on, and CREATIVE Social Media Manager to generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., IG posts/reels, IG stories, original text, photos, videos, and news). Our platforms of emphasis are Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and you'll engage with and communicate with our fabulous followers. 

Ideal candidate has expertise in various social media platforms, plus real-world experience and success in social media management for a brand. You'll enthusiastically show us how you develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals, set specific objectives, and report on ROI. 

We'll look to you to teach us best practices and bring innovative ideas to create engaging, high-quality content that captures the attention and interest of viewers by adding value, especially short-form videos for IG, LI, and YT. 

In-depth knowledge of how different social media platforms work is vital, as is the ability to keep up with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. 

Of course, excellent communication, writing skills and an understanding of social media metrics are required.

Creativity and a keen eye for detail are essential. Graphic design knowledge is highly advantageous for creating visually appealing content. Plus the ability to quickly shoot/edit videos that capture real life, behind the scenes, and the heartbeat of the brand.  (Shooting on iPhone is acceptable).

Some travel required to capture exciting projects in different locations.
