We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Personal Assistant to support a busy woman who is in her West Chester, New York residence for the next few months. She also goes between her home in West Palm Beach and other residences and the Personal Assistant she hires will need to travel her as needed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with a variety of everyday tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing the calendar, online ordering, and shopping. This is a full-time position, offering flexible hours to accommodate the needs of both the employer and the assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduling and Calendar Management: Maintain and coordinate the employer's schedule, including setting up doctor's appointments, social events, and any other engagements. Ensure the calendar is always up to date.

  2. Online Ordering: Assist with online shopping, whether it's for groceries, gifts, or other necessities. Manage and organize orders, including tracking deliveries and returns.

  3. Accompany Shopping Trips: Join the employer on shopping outings to help select items and carry packages, providing assistance and support as needed.

  4. Personal Errands: Run personal errands such as picking up dry cleaning, going to the post office, and handling any ad-hoc tasks that may arise.

  5. Travel Planning: Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating itineraries for trips, if required.

  6. Gift Shopping: Help with gift shopping, especially during the holiday season (e.g., Christmas shopping). This includes selecting, wrapping, and organizing gifts for family and friends.

  7. Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure the employer's privacy and security are maintained at all times.

  • Prior experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
